The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful! Breakfast was ready early (4:00am!) so we could eat before our flight. The hotel was in great condition. The location cannot be beat. We were able to return our rental car a day early and then walk to the airport check-in desk from the hotel. The value far exceeded the price!

I had to be at the airport at 4 am and the shuttle was right there to gete when called. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

very convenient for an overnight stay after a late flight arrival in Rochester, very clean, spacious and comfortable room, quiet area and great night's sleep, breakfast options in the morning were quite good, staff helpful and kind

Nice hotel at good location before leaving Rochester Personnel is great and like that lactose free milk is available at breakfast

The hot breakfast was much better than I had anticipated! Thank you! Also, I really appreciated the fact that the hotel is, literally, right next to the airport! When I called from home about the airport shuttle (not knowing how close the hotel actually was to the airport), I enjoyed the joking from the hotel clerk who said, "Well, you could take the shuttle, but it will probably take quite a bit longer than the two-minute walk, if you don't mind walking." She was right! Thanks again! I really enjoyed our stay!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed family who live in the area to bring in food for us, and we were able to eat together in the dining room. We really appreciated that.
